A clear price, no surprise charges, no lock-in. If you cannot explain the pricing to your spouse in one line, it is too complicated.
It should help you decide
Reports on income, expenses and occupancy help you plan. If you cannot answer “Did I make money this month?” in a minute, the software is not helping enough.
